Whooo.... good day today. :D Went to Science World with a friend, and took in a triple-feature at the Omnimax Theatre. :3 With each additional film (after the 1st one) being only $5, it's definately worth it. X3 All three movies were great. :D "Cosmic Voyage" was pretty interesting... I loved all the images of space in it. *_* "Mystery of the Nile" was definately great! It was about this group of people that attempted to be the 1st group to raft the (Blue) Nile from the source to the Mediterranean. It hadn't been done before, completely, because the Nile is such a rough, dangerous river. It was wonderfully done. GORGEOUS scenery, really enganging story and people... I loved this film. "Pulse: a STOMP Odyssey" was great, too. *__* Wonderful rhythms, dance and music, from so many different cultures!! From many African nations, to North American Indians, Kodo drumming, a wonderful flamenco dancer, East Indian music, Brazillian drumming, and more... and, of course, STOMP themselves, with their awesome rhythm/dance talent, and quirky sense of humor (pouding out rhythms underwater in the English Channel?! XD) Wandered around the rest of Science World afterwards... but the 3 back-to-back Omnimax showings were definately the best part of the day. :3

Science World! Haven't been there for ages! Are all the exhibits still the same?

The first floor never changes... X3 The second floor has some constant stuff, but mostly showcases that are always changing. There's stuff on the human body right now (how strong are you, how high can you jump, how fast are your reflexes, etc), as well as a 'time' exhibit (rates of change, how scientists can 'look back' in time, etc). A while back, they had a very interesting showcase of Chinese science/tech history. :)
