Wow.... I mean.... WOW.... omg...thatwasawesome... wuzzzlfuzzlewibble..... *__* :heartheartheart:
.... oh, sorry. you want me to be comprehensible. ^^;;
That. Was. AWESOME! *___* My ears are still ringing a little, and it feels like they're stuffed with cotton -- even though they're NOT, but.... whooooooo!! What a thrill! From the moment the concert started to when it ended... it was nothing but fantastic the whole time through! *_*
Roger Taylor and Brian May were FANTASTIC! I knew they were talented but... my god. You never really appreciate that talent 'till you actually see it in person. The drumming, the guitar solos... WOW. These two have serious skill. *__* (John Deacon, apparantly, has retired from touring, so he wasn't there)
The man that Queen had as their lead singer/frontman, Paul Rodgers, was extremely talented, too. He could sing, play piano... He did a GREAT job! And he's a LOCAL boy!! :D
The songs, naturally, were fantastic. *_* They played a good variety of some of their 'lesser known' songs, some instrumental solos, a brand new song... and PLENTY of their classics. X3 Hammer to Fall, Radio Ga Ga, The Show Must Go On, These Are the Days of Our Lives, Under Pressure... All fantastic. The crowd - myself included - sung along to many of these... The energy in there was incredible. From Queen and the crowd alike!
From Bohemian Rhaspody on, the entire crowd was on their feet 'till the end of the concert. *__*
It was fantastic. I know I'm repeating myself here, and HAVE repeated myself, but.... I'm just in a giggly, thrilled, pleasantly-tired awe. This was MORE than well-worth the ticket. I loved every single minute of the concert. :3
