Movie review and a quiz!

Just got back from watching the Star Trek movie. Awesomeness. Awesome, awesome, awesome!! I LOVED it! :D Every minute of it! ^__^



I thought all the new actors filled their roles extremely well. :D The new Spock looked like the old Spock, and the guy playing McCoy just had DeForest Kelley's mannerisms down pat! Chekov was adorkable, Scotty hilarious, and everyone else was just great! The banter between characters was written/handled very well. I loved seeing all the little nods to the classic Trek, too. eg: Captain Pike in the 'wheelchair' at the end of the movie, the fact that Scotty had a pet TRIBBLE in a cage in that outpost they found him in... The music was great, too; I so want the soundtrack! It was just one fantastic rush, and I so want to see it again. XD
